"Aquafresh Advanced Futures Wish Contest"
The contest is intended for residents of Canada only and will be interpreted according to Canadian Law.
1. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The "Aquafresh Advanced Futures Wish" contest (the "Contest") commences 12:00 p.m. (ET) Thursday October 14, 2010 and concludes 11:59 p.m. (ET) Tuesday, November 30, 2010 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest is sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor").
Commencing Thursday October 14, 12:00PM EST there will be 2 ways to enter to win $10,000 towards an RESP
1. Visit www.aquafresh.ca and submit your Advanced Futures Wish, along with your contact information. Contestants must opt-in and complete an entry form including your first name, last name, age range, email address, phone number, province. All approved Futures Wish submissions with a valid email address and phone number are eligible for a contest entry. All email addresses are valid for entry, only 1 entry per valid email address. Duplicate, false or additional entries will be disqualified.
2. Visit the Aquafresh Advanced Futures Tour teams at participating events and retail locations across Ontario to submit your Advanced Futures Wish. Details of event locations can be found at www.aquafresh.ca. Contestants must opt-in and complete an entry form including your first name, last name, age range, email address, phone number, province. All approved Futures Wish submissions with a valid email address and phone number are eligible for a contest entry. All email addresses are valid for entry, only 1 entry per valid email address. Duplicate, false or additional entries will be disqualified.
All submissions will be moderated by the Agency prior to posting to the contest website.
All entries become the property of GlaxoSmitKline Consumer Healthcare, Inc., which assumes no responsibility for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, services, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure any e-mail or entry to be received by GlaxoSmitKline Consumer Healthcare, Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestions on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other persons computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. GlaxoSmitKline Consumer Healthcare, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the e-mail portion of this contest should a virus, big, or other cause beyond control of GlaxoSmitKline Consumer Healthcare, Inc. corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, GlaxoSmitKline Consumer Healthcare, Inc reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified altered or tampered with in anyways. Entrants agree to abide by the contest Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province on or before October 14, 2010.
This contest is open to residence of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province to territory of residence. You are not eligible if you are an employee of GlaxoSmitKline Consumer Healthcare, Inc.(the "Sponsor"), its affiliated, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest "sponsor "organization or a member of the immediate family, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters. To be declared a winner, you must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing questions administered by mail.
3. PRIZES
a. The Grand Prize:
There is one (1) Grand prize available to be won: Ten Thousand Dollars Canadian ($10,000 CDN) to be applied as a one-time contribution into a Registered Education Savings Plan ("RESP"), subject to contribution limits. All RESPs are subject to applicable terms and conditions and applicable laws.
Grand Prize must be applied by January 31, 2011 and be assigned to a Canadian Financial Institution.
Should the winner be an existing Subscriber to an RESP, the Grand Prize will be contributed either to the existing RESP, or to a new RESP if the Subscriber so wishes, subject to contribution limits.
In the event that the winner is not a Subscriber on a RESP, the winner will be required to set up a RESP and comply with all legal requirements for establishing an RESP account. The winner will be enrolled as the Subscriber, a designated Beneficiary must be named, and valid Social Insurance Numbers (SINs) must be provided and accepted by the Canada Education Savings Program (CESP).
If the amount of the Grand Prize is greater than the available RESP contribution limit of the winner, then the difference will be awarded as a one-time cash payment to the winner.
If the winner has no RESP contribution room, then the Grand Prize will be awarded as a one-time cash payment to the winner.
The prize is not transferrable and must be accepted as awarded. The odds of winning the prize are dependent upon the number of contest entries received by the contest closing date.
Any taxes are responsibility of each declared winner.
4. DRAW
A random draw will be made by an independent judging organization on November 30, 2010 in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 12:00PM EST from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date. Selected entrants will be notified within 10 days of the draw via telephone and email. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to answer a mathematical skill testing question without assistance of any kind whether mathematical or otherwise. The entrants will also be required to sign a Declaration Of Compliance with Official Rules and a Publicity/Liability Release, releasing the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Releases") from any liability in connection with this contest or their prize. Declaration and release documents must be returned within ten (10) business days of the date on the notification or the prize may be forfeited. By accepting the prize, the winners consent to the use of their name, address, voice, statements and photograph or other likeness for any publicity by the Sponsor, without further compensation.
General:
Entrants who have not complied to these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor and the other Releasees are not responsible for incomplete or irregular entries that have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Official Rules. Any such entries will be void. By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by the Office Rules and decisions of the independent judging organization which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this content. Sponsors reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Regie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux, to terminate or suspend this contest or to amend these contest rules at any time without notice or with notice in major national newspapers if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by these rules. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or the organization of the publicity contest may be submitted to the Regis des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regis only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement
